This is a great park for the off season time frame. We probably would not want to be here when it is crowded with tent campers who want to party on the river. The park is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Bathrooms are kept clean but are basic concrete block buildings with shower curtains on the bathroom stalls. Cell service is terrible, which is not the park's fault. Love the river and view of the hills. Good monthly rate starting in Oct. Would definitely camp here again.

The area is very nice with the view of the lake and Mt. Scott, but the RV sites were not kept up very well. There was tall grass and weeds around the hookups at most of the sites. With a little care, this could be a very nice place.

We had a great water and mountain view at site #4. All sites have a great view of the Wichits Mts and lake Lawtonka. There are no water hookups but there are numerous water hydrants for filling your fresh water tanks. Plenty of room between sites. Bathroom were kept clean, but they could have done a better job picking up litter around the campground.

Good park for an overnight stay. Clean level sites with water, electricity, and cable which cost extra. I thought I was told cable and WiFi was free when I called the park, but only the WiFi was free. Would stay here again.

We spent only one night there while traveling back to Oklahoma, and were really impressed. They were having a special, so we got a great rate of $17. The lady at the office was very friendly. Everything was nice and clean, and I would rate it a 10 if they had trees. Plant some palm trees around there and the Oasis would be a 10 for sure. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place.

Clean park that is well maintained. Even a big fenced dog playground. Staff has been the best! Plenty of activities. The whole area around BPV is great for walking or riding bikes. State park with world bird center next door. Planned to stay 1 month and ended up here for 3. Price is for their daily rate.

Great park, a little out of the way for a overnight but worth it to us. Loved watching the barges going up and down the river. Free washer/dryer use - never heard of this before!

Clean, gravel sites. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would have scored higher but sleep was interrupted all night due to the semi trucks driving by using their jake brakes.

Sites way too close together! So close couldn't even put out awning. Not full so don't understand why they didn't put a space between each rig. Noise next door at some kind of a construction or plant of some sort. Staff was friendly and helpful is the only reason I didn't rate it a 1.

Nice, quiet park about 15 minutes east of Norman. Lots of wildlife. Only negatives were no sewer hook-up (but most State Parks do not have), and the only water views were for handicap use only and there were at least 10 sites that cannot be used by non-handicaps unless the park is full.

I really liked this park. Staff was friendly, many nice clean rigs in the park. Nice landscaping. I would rate it a 10 except for the gravel roads that produced a lot of dust. Monthly rates are not offered or else we would have stayed longer. Would stay here again for sure.

Very clean nice park. Would have rated this park a 10 if the it was not so expensive. There were very few people here during our stay while other parks in the area were busy. We enjoy walking in the evenings and looking at the nice rigs and people from all over. You meet the nicest people that way. They should lower the rates and get people in. All these empty sites is revenue not received that is difficult make up. Many RV parks in the area don't offer monthly rates but Pine Mountain does, so that was a plus. We would stay here again depending on rates at that time.

Very nice and clean park.Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a month and the rate was $375 plus elec. The short term sites look much nicer than the long term sites and they get free cable tv. Would stay here again.

Spectacular 4th of July show at the lake. View from park was unbeatable! Recommend early reservations as park was full and told that it is most of the summer.

Just an overnight stop, and only would want to stay overnight. Sites were small and dirt. Said they had internet, but I could not connect. When asked office was told that sometimes when she's full the RVs get in the way of the signal. Friendly office staff.

Just an overnight stop but for the value was very impressed. Sites were large and level. Park was clean. Arrived after park hours so checked in at casino/hotel desk. Friendly staff.

Clean park with pool almost complete. Laundry room available. Clubhouse with books and games. Some sites sloped but owners have blocks available. Free firewood was also available. Great view of Lake Lawtonka and Mount Scott. Some sites have trees but not all. Stayed here last year too. It's a quiet and nice park for a day or long term.

Top of the line and would have received a "10" except sites are too close. If you get bored here it is your own fault! Too much to do here to even begin listing. Would be a great place to winter.

Nice park with friendly staff. Gate was manned 24/7. Has a pool and spa but had problems with the heater causing the pool to be closed several days. Sites were nice with palm trees and views of the mountains at some sites. We stayed a month at $686 plus electric which was $104. Vegas is not a cheap place to visit anymore and doubt we'll stay a month in Vegas again.

Love going to Galveston and staying here. Wish they had full hook-ups. They are putting in new restrooms but they weren't complete and they usually have internet access but it was down for upgrading. This is our 2nd year of there during Mardi Gras and wish I could be there right now!

The only reason this park didn't get a 10 was the sites were not level. We had to use two 2x8 boards on the back sidel. We asked about why it was so unlevel and they said needed for drainage. Had nice clubhouse with a well equiped exercise room. Site were a little closer than we like but not bad. Stayed for 1 week.
